Return Policy

You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund after 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply to standard returns. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Exceptions: If your product was damaged during shipping or found defective within the manufacturer’s warranty period, you may be exempt from the restocking fee. These returns will be subject to inspection, which could extend processing times. Damage claims must be reported within 10 days of delivery. Claims made after 10 days cannot be processed.
  • Eligibility: To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • Ineligible Returns: Returns with damaged, stained, torn, or marked packaging, or those shipped without a protective shipping box are not accepted. Returns where the manufacturer’s seal or product seal on the original packaging is broken will also not be accepted.
  • Non-Refundable Items: If the return doesn’t meet the above conditions, we won’t be able to offer a refund, even if the product remains unused or uninstalled.

Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.Warranty ReturnsIf your product is defective and still under the manufacturer’s warranty (outside the 30-day return window), please contact us at 847-915-4965 or support@ambriasupply.com. We will provide a shipping label for the return of defective items.

  • Items will be inspected by the manufacturer, who will determine if a credit is applicable. Warranty returns may result in a credit only against the original order.
  • Replacement Parts: We do not ship advance replacement parts free of charge. If the manufacturer does not honor the original price, customers will need to place a new order for replacement parts at the current selling price.

Claims for Damaged Goods

  • Small Parcel Deliveries: Claims for damaged items must be made within 10 days of delivery. We cannot assist with claims made after 10 days.
  • LTL Freight Deliveries: Any damage must be noted on the carrier’s receipt at the time of delivery. If you sign the delivery receipt, you accept the delivery as-is.

  • Dampers
  • Tanks
  • Large plastic goods
  • Customized parts or special-order items
  • Items marked as non-returnable on our website

Partial Refunds may be considered in special cases, such as:

  • Items not in their original condition, missing parts, or damaged for reasons outside of our control (requires special approval)
  • Items returned more than 60 days after the purchase date (requires special approval)
